Bright Explorers Nursery Primary School, Ayobo is an offshoot of Bright Explores’ School, United Kingdom which has existed for more than nine years in the heart of London. Our experience springs from early years education, Nursery, and Primary Schools.

Bright Explorer’s School Nigeria was established in September 2019 to provide British and Nigerian education to pupils. After its establishment, the school embarked on the journey of getting its approval from the Lagos state government which it successfully achieved in April 2021.

At inception, there were only 5 pupils and 6 academic staff. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic affected pupil enrolment as schools were closed. While the lockdown was ongoing, the school organized online learning for the few pupils available. Going into 2021, through the hard work and the dedication of the director and our lovely staff, the school witnessed a remarkable improvement in the enrolment of pupils as the number grew from 5 pupils to 40 in the first quarter. Since that period, there has been a steady growth in the enrolments of pupils with a remarkable number of 150 pupils as of the first quarter of 2024.

The school ceremoniously graduated her first set of primary 5 pupils in 2022, with one of the graduands receiving a scholarship for her junior secondary education having made excellent grades in her common entrance examination.

As our passion deepens to enrich our motherland – Nigeria in areas of children – education, and learning, we set to transfer these rich experiences, culture, and methodology in the early years of teaching, learning, and assessment to the children, pupils, and staff of Bright Explorers Nursery and Primary School, Nigeria.
